OUR FOUNDER
R. Chuck Matthews, President and CEO of ARSIEM Corporation, founded the firm 2013. Chuck has more than 20 years of experience delivering IT solutions to the Federal Government as well as the private sector. With over 18 years of experience of supporting the DoD, Chuck has gained as in-depth working knowledge of the DoD customers and prime contractors supporting DoD and cyber communities. Chuck has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bowie State University. Chuck is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc and is actively involved in mentoring youth throughout the Baltimore/Washington Area.
