PRESIDENT
Keith Pabst, President of ARSIEM Corporation and Director of Business Development, has more than 25 years of DoD and Intelligence Community experience. He has supported the DoD as a member of the U.S. Navy as an enlisted service member and as an officer. He also has many years of DoD civilian and private sector experience with building and leading business units. Keith has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a B.S. in Human Resource Management, and numerous management and technical certifications. In Keith’s spare time, he plays golf, travels with his family, coaches youth soccer, and is a huge N.Y. Jets fan.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
R. Chuck Matthews, CEO of ARSIEM Corporation, founded the firm in 2013. Chuck has more than 25 years of experience delivering IT solutions to the Federal Government as well as to the private sector. With over 20 years of experience supporting the DoD, Chuck has gained an in-depth working knowledge of DoD customers and of prime contractors supporting DoD and cyber communities. Chuck has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bowie State University. Chuck is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc and is actively involved in mentoring youth throughout the Baltimore/Washington Area.
